DXONE Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") form part of the Affiliate Agreement between you and DXONE Ltd. ("DXONE") and are a legal agreement between the parties. DXONE Ltd. is registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under number HE407003, having its registered office at Floor 7, Novel Tower, Alexandrou Panagouli 1, Avenue, 6057 Larnaca, Cyprus, and applies to your registration and continued enrollment in the DXONE Affiliate Program which supports DXONE.com and any products, services, or content found on the proceeding.
1. Affiliate Obligations
- The Affiliate must provide true, accurate and complete information to DXONE, during the registration process or when requested from time to time, about the Affiliate and his/her activities and/or blog and/or website and/or social media profile and/or any other information directly or indirectly related to the terms and conditions of these Affiliate Terms.
- Should there be any changes in any of the provided information (both personal and commercial) the Affiliate is obliged to inform us immediately in writing via email at [email protected].
- The Affiliate undertakes to fully comply with these Affiliate Terms, as amended from time to time; to fully comply with all the laws and regulations applicable to the Affiliate based on their country of residency and/or location of their business operations and the jurisdiction governing these Terms and Conditions.
- To obtain and/or always maintain in force all necessary registrations, authorizations, consents, license(s) or government permit(s) to be able to fulfill his/her obligations under these Affiliate Terms; and whenever requested, to supply details and evidence of the Affiliate’s status and business and of the licensing and/or authorization requirements applicable to the Affiliate’s activities.
- The Affiliate shall bear all establishment and operational costs and expenses for the fulfillment of these Affiliate Terms, including but not limited to license and regulatory costs and all applicable tax obligations.
- The Affiliate agrees to faithfully perform the duties assigned to them under these Affiliate Terms to the best of their ability, and to use their best efforts to promote DXONE.
- To introduce and promote DXONE’s products and services to prospective User(s) so as prospective user(s) create an account with DXONE and to become regular users of the services on DXONE. Such actions may be carried out either physically or electronically, without violating the prohibited activities found in Clause 4, any other part of these Affiliate Terms, or violating any applicable law or regulation. Affiliate can promote website and DXONE's services via various types of communication, including live conversations, web marketing, e-mail messages, but at all times representing themselves as independent from DXONE.
- Affiliate shall take all commercially reasonable steps to preserve and protect the goodwill and reputation of DXONE.
- During the validity of the Affiliate Agreement and indefinitely into the future, DXONE shall be the exclusive owner of all relations created via Affiliate among DXONE and User’s with respect to DXONE'S services. Affiliate will take no action on their own behalf or via a third-party to disturb the relationship between DXONE and these Users.
- When sending e-mail messages or taking any other communication or personal data based activity under the Affiliate Agreement, Partner shall always: follow the personal data protection regulations and laws, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2016-04-27 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in no way breach them.
- To provide the prospective User(s) with true, accurate and complete information regarding DXONE, its activities, products and services.
- To use the Trackers are only for their own use and to not transfer or assign the Tracker to a third party without the prior written permission of DXONE.
- These Affiliate Terms are an integral part of the DXONE Affiliate Agreement and should be read as part of that Agreement.
2. Subaffiliates
- Affiliates can locate and introduce other persons ("Subaffiliates") to DXONE so that they may apply for participation in the Affiliate network.
- Provided that the sub affiliate registers via the "Sub-Affiliate Registration Function" and fulfil all requirements of the Affiliate Agreement and these Affiliate Terms, you will only receive payment the activity of the sub-affiliate as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prohibited Activities
- The Affiliate is not allowed, under any circumstances, to conclude any contracts and/or agreements on behalf of DXONE and/or execute any agreement(s) or bind DXONE under any circumstances. Such contracts or agreements will not be held valid.
- Act or present himself/herself as an employee, consultant, contractor, agent, tied agent, broker or representative of DXONE to prospective User(s) or any other third person; neither warrant or attempt to show that there is any other kind of business relationship or connections (other than as provided for in these Affiliate Terms) between you and DXONE. The Affiliate, in his/her capacity as an intermediary, will carry out his/her operations and business as an independent contractor.
- To use or register a domain name or keywords, search terms or other identifiers for his/her activities which contains DXONE’s trade name(s), brand name(s) or is deceptively similar to them or which may cause confusion to the user without the prior written agreement of DXONE.
- To link DXONE with the use of any website for unlawful activities.
- The placing of any promotional/marketing material(s) on websites or another medium, such that the content on such websites is defamatory, malicious, fraudulent, obscene, unlawful, threatening, obscene or racist, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory or contains explicit sexual content, pornography or violence, or is deemed inappropriate by us, at our sole discretion.
- The development and/or use of any promotional/marketing material and/or public relations strategies which are directly or indirectly aimed at marketing our content to any group of potential User(s) who are unable to open accounts at DXONE; including those in prohibited jurisdictions or who are under the age of majority, or for any other reason as outlined in the DXONE Terms of Use or any other DXONE requirement or policy.
- To send any communication which is classified as "spam" under your own jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the recipient, or the jurisdiction governing the Affiliate Agreement, including but not limited to any unsolicited bulk marketing material and in no way put DXONE in any association with the spam.
- The use of any promotional/marketing material(s) in a way which could confuse a (potential) User or makes illegitimate claims to the performance and potential gains, including but not limited to the promise of guaranteed returns/gains from trading.
- The placement of any promotional/marketing material(s) on an online page or a similar medium, the content and/or material of which: i) infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party; ii) copies or only marginally alters the page, so that it resembles it either in whole or in part; iii) vilifies us, or damages DXONE’s reputation company image in any way; iv) the reading, interception, modification, rerouting or interpretation or provision of contents addressed to us by third parties by electronic or other means.
- The modification, rerouting or interruption of operation of or access provided by your or any other Tracker URL or ID, or to cause any internet service provider, carrier or operator to be misled regarding the origin of any function or transaction, including the use of VPN’s for any misleading purpose.
- The posting, publishing of any advertisement, communication or other promotional content, which promotes DXONE’s website, products, services or brands around the display of the page or a sub-page or in connection with the same. (e.g. through "cookie-dropping", "framing" techniques or technologies or pop-up or pop-under windows, or the use of interspaces).
- The offering or promotion of grants, rewards or bonuses for potential User(s) (financially or otherwise) by the Affiliate (or by third parties authorized by the Affiliate).
- Causing the opening of pages (or of one of their sub-sections) in a browser of a visitor or anywhere else, from where one gains access to the service, or as a result of a visitor click on a banner or text link which constitutes a part of the marketing material or represents a part of it.
- The attempt to intercept or forward traffic (including software which was installed By the user), originating elsewhere (a.k.a. incentive traffic) and which is a part of our affiliate network.
- Any offline marketing actions taken without DXONE’s prior written consent.
- The promotion of websites which are similar to the DXONE website, in whole or in part; as well as giving potential User(s) the impression that the Affiliate has influence over the contents of these websites or those responsible for them, or are in contact with them, or that the content of these websites is in any way related to the content of the DXONE website.
- The infringement of user conditions and any other applicable policies of any search engines.
- Contact or communicate with anyone to provide information in order to support or promote DXONE’s services or products.
- Assist a referral, in any way whatsoever, with the opening of their DXONE account.
- Respond on behalf of DXone to any enquiries or requests for information related to DXONE.
- Issue, public or distribute any advertisement, market research report or other sales or promotional material or making reference to the name or services offered by DXONE, without DXONE’s prior written consent.
- Amend, update, supplement, or change all or any part of the Marketing Materials without the prior written consent of DXONE, or use the Marketing Materials for any purpose otherwise than in accordance with this agreement. Contact and encourage the users of their website, social network, or similar to engage in any way with DXONE that is not envisioned by these Affiliate Terms.

- The Affiliate shall clearly state that their are “a Marketing Affiliate of DXONE LTD.” on their Affiliate website, social network, or similar in an obvious location.
- The Affiliate may not have longer than a two (2) week period to respond to requests from DXONE.
- Regarding subaffiliates, you may not: i) register either yourself or a person controlled by you as your sub-affiliate; ii) use a fictitious name or an alias for the registration of a sub-affiliate; offer any form of monetary incentive or any other payments to potential sub-affiliates, prior to us issuing written permission to you for this; or iv) attempt to insert any additions or alterations to the provisions concerning potential sub affiliates.
4. DXONE rights and consequences of Affiliate violations of these Affiliate Terms
- DXONE holds the right to monitor the Affiliate’s business activities and/or blog(s) and/or website(s) and/or social media profile and/or any other site associated with the Affiliate or method used to promote DXONE’s services and products to ensure that it is in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any promotional/marketing material developed or created by DXONE and placed or used by the Affiliate, is owned by DXONE and, except for the purposes of these Affiliate Terms, cannot be used by the Affiliate without the prior written consent of DXONE. DXONE reserves the right, at any time, to review the Affiliate’s placement of promotional/marketing material and approve its use of the Affiliate’s links. Furthermore, the Affiliate accepts that DXONE may require that the Affiliate changes the placement or use of such material in order to comply with the applicable regulatory framework and/or DXONE requirements. As outlined in these Affiliate Terms, failure to make these changes may resulting in limits to payments made by DXONE to the Affiliate.
- DXONE reserves the right to retain all affiliate commissions, stop any advertising campaigns, retain outstanding payments and/or block your account with us with immediate effect, at our sole discretion including but not limited to violations of these Affiliate Terms.
- The Affiliate agrees and understands that DXONE may, at its sole discretion, accept or decline any User(s) introduced/referred by the Affiliate. DXONE reserves the right to refuse to provide our services to any potential User, and to limit or close any User account at any time at our discretion, including for reasons as outlined in the DXONE Terms of Use.
5. Changes to the Affiliate Terms
- DXONE reserves the right to revise these Affiliate Terms at any time and for any reason. The most current and recent version can be found at this page and with the date at the top. We expect our users to stay aware of these legally binding changes by watching this page. Certain elements of these Affiliate Terms may be superseded by changes in the law of our governing jurisdiction as well as by other notices found on this site.
